Election Service
The election process comprises several stages. We manage and coordinate every aspect of the process.
Governing Documents
It is important that an election conform to the Election Rules and other provisions contained in the governing documents of a Common Interest Development.

We review your Bylaws and Election Rules and ensure that your election conforms to the requirements contained in these documents as well as any applicable California Civil Code and the Davis-Stirling Act.
Election Rules
California Civil Code requires that all associations adopt written election rules that integrate language from their own CC&Rs and Bylaws.

We can assist the association to create these election rules.
